Product Description

5,Specificity: Colorless crystal, easily soluble in water, insoluble in ethanol, relative density 1.63,melting point 34.6°C,when heated  to 180°C,it may lose crystal water, convert to anhydrous.

6.Character: It is white or colorless rhombic crystalline or prismatic crystal. It easily soluble in water, but insoluble in ethanol. The relative density is 1.52 and melting point is 34.6. If heated to 180,it will lose crystal water and convert to anhydrous.

7.Usage: In food Industry, it is used as agent for baking to avoid oxidation stain and as emulsifier in dairy product to prevent egg white from solidificatioin.It is also used as emulsifier and chelating agent for solid drinks, It can also be used as water softnener, fire  retardant, industry water treatment agent and detergent.
