5,Character: It occurs as colorless or white hard crystal or as crystalline powder. It tastes bitter and salty. Relative density is 2.662. 1g dissolves in about 8.5mL of water. It's insoluble in ethanol. The pH of 5% aqueous solution is about 5.5 to 8.5.
6,Usage: It is used as seasoning and salt substitute. 
7,Packing: It is packed with polyethylene bag as inner layer, and a compound plastic woven bag as outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.
