1. Food Industry Nutritional Fortifier.Replaces part of monocalcium phosphate to adjust food pH.

   • Acts as a supplement for magnesium and phosphorus, added to infant formula, sports drinks, and health foods (must comply with GB 14880-2012 or FDA 21 CFR standards).

   • Dough Improver:Enhances dough elasticity and fermentation stability in baked goods.

2. Pharmaceutical & Nutraceuticals:Pharmaceutical Excipient

   • Used as a filler or disintegrant in tablets/capsules (requires pharmaceutical-grade purity ≥98%).
