5.Character: It's white powder, free soluble in water, melting point is 622ºC.Its' significant metal ion( calcium ,magnesium & ect) chelating activity could soften hard water and change suspension into solution.It appears alkalescence, No corrosion. It's a kind of surface active agent for inorganic substances. It's also a strong emulsifier of lubricant and fat. Bulk densities are 0.35-0.5g/cm3( low density),0.51-0.65g/cm3( medium density) and 0.66-0.9g/cm3( high density)
6.Usage: It's used as quality improver of canned food, fruit juice drinks, dairy and soymilk. And it may tender the meat in canned ham and soften the skin of horse bean in canned horse bean. It may also serve as a softener and densifier in foodstuff industry.
7.Packing: it is packed with polyethylene bag as inner layer and a compound plastic woven bag as outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kgs.
8.Storage and transport: It should be stored in a dry and ventilative warehouse, kept away from heat and moisture during transportation. Unloaded with care so as to avoid damage. Furthermore, it must be stored separately from poison.
